Welcome to Allonby Parish Council

Allonby Parish Council meet in Allonby Village Hall on the third Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm

Allonby is an attractive village situated on the Solway coast between Maryport and Silloth. It is famed for its spectacular sunsets over the Solway Firth and Scottish hills, whilst inland can be seen the Lake District fells.

The area around Allonby has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the sandy beach has won several Seaside Awards. As it is the authority closest to the people, parish councils are invariably the first place people will go with concerns or ideas, for this reason they are a vital part of the community and we welcome your enquiries.
